Login to your web host and open myPhpAdmin (or similar) and browse your database to the admin table.
Find the user that you wish to change and edit the row. Since the password is encoded to prevent easy access to it enter this into the admin_password field.

which is the equivalent of changeme all in lowercase.
You should now be able to login using your username and the password changeme
Don't forget to change this password once you have access to your admin section again!
